Paul, Weiss is advising funds managed by affiliates of Apollo in their acquisition of Trace3, a leading provider of enterprise and commercial technology solutions, from American Securities. American Securities will retain a significant minority equity interest in the company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Krishna Veeraraghavan, Benjamin Goodchild, Mark Wlazlo, Danielle Penhall and Matthew Benedetto, and includes partner Gregory Ezring, and counsel Zuzanna Knypinski, Ashley Hearn and James Parkinson; tax partners Brad Okun and Sohail Itani; intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon and counsel Matthew Rosenberg; environmental partner Stefanie Gitler; and antitrust counsel Charles Crandall and John Magruder.
