David Hong is a partner in the Finance Group. David advises private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including leveraged buyouts, portfolio company financings and debt restructurings.

David has been involved in various matters involving Apollo Global Management and their current and former portfolio companies, including ABC Technologies, Accent, Barnes Group, Brightspeed, Energos, Shutterfly, Tenneco, Univar, U.S. Silica and Yahoo!, among others.
