Litigation partner Kim Branscome spoke with Law360 about a proposed new rule for improving multidistrict litigation management, which was recently approved by the Judicial Conference’s Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure. In “Judiciary Panel Clears 1st MDL Rule, Eyes ‘Mouthpiece’ Amici,” published on June 4, Kim noted that, though continued debate is expected, the rule is “a key step forward in helping judges and practitioners navigate the complex landscape of mass torts.”
