Litigation partner Randy Luskey will participate in a panel, “Promoting Opportunities for Magistrate Judges, Including Recalled Magistrate Judges, to Try Bellwether Trials on Parties’ Consent,” at the Rabiej Litigation Law Center’s Tackling Controversial Problems in Mass-Tort MDLs Bench-Bar Summit. The discussion will cover the limitations of a single transferee judge in handling bellwether trials and explore opportunities for multiple magistrate judges to try these cases with the parties' consent.
