Litigation partners Loretta Lynch and Kim Branscome and corporate partner Laura Turano will participate in sessions as part of the Consumer Brands Association’s 2025 CPG Legal Forum, the premier gathering for senior legal professionals in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Loretta will serve as the keynote speaker at the “General Session”; Kim will speak on “Preparing for the Inevitable: Leveraging Legal Acumen for Crisis Communications and 鶹Ƶ Culture,” regarding holistic risk management for CPG companies; and Laura Turano will speak on the “Antitrust Session – Competition Legal Landscape in CPG,” exploring how the regulatory environment is expected to impact M&A in 2025.

The CPG Legal Forum, which offers CLE credit, will be held on February 26-28 in San Diego. On February 27, Loretta’s speech will take place at 8:15 a.m. PT/11:15 a.m. ET, and Laura’s session will take place at 11 a.m. PT/2 p.m. ET. Kim’s panel will take place on February 28 at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET.
