Paul, Weiss advised House of HR, a Dutch-based portfolio company of Bain Capital and a fast-growing boutique recruitment agency, in connection with a €150 million Term Loan B (TLB) add-on to its existing €1.02 billion TLB. Proceeds from the financing will be used for future expansion.
