Head of Fund Finance Flora Go will speak at “The State of the Fund Finance Market: NAV-Based Loans and Preferred Equity Investments Into Private Funds,” the first collaboration between the American Bar Association’s Fund Finance Subcommittee and the Fund Finance Association. The panel will discuss the factors that differentiate asset-based fund finance from other asset classes, product momentum in structured debt and preferred equity, structuring and documentation trends, rating considerations and cross-border issues. The session will offer practical takeaways for both new entrants and seasoned participants. Attendance will include professionals from leading asset managers, private credit platforms, banks, pension funds, insurers and law firms.

Flora serves as vice-chair of the ABA Fund Finance Subcommittee and is a member of the Fund Finance Association’s U.S. Advisory Committee.

The panel will take place in Toronto on September 17 at 4 p.m. ET.
