Paul, Weiss advised Hg Capital on the financing aspects of its acquisition of NContracts, a leading provider of integrated compliance, risk and vendor management solutions to the financial services industry, from Gryphon Investors. As part of the transaction, NContracts acquired Venminder, a unified platform for managing third-party risk. Financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
