Paul, Weiss is advising Digital Currency Group (DCG) in its sale of CoinDesk to institutional digital assets exchange Bullish. CoinDesk is the most trusted media, events, indices and data company for the global cryptocurrency economy. Under the terms of the transaction, CoinDesk will operate as an independent subsidiary within Bullish, which will invest in CoinDesk’s global expansion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
