Paul, Weiss is advising intelligent power management company Eaton on its acquisition of Resilient Power Systems Inc., a leading North American developer and manufacturer of innovative energy solutions. Resilient’s technology portfolio includes next-generation solid-state transformers with potential applications in data centers, port electrification and battery energy storage. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
