Paul, Weiss Shortlisted for Innovation in Unlocking Capital and in Private Finance in Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe Awards

The Financial Times named Paul, Weiss a finalist in two categories as part of its Innovative Lawyers Europe 2025 awards. The firm was shortlisted in the “Innovative Lawyers in Unlocking Capital” category for advising KPS Capital Partners on its acquisition, via a newly formed affiliate, of Innomotics GmbH from Siemens AG for an enterprise value of €3.5 billion, led by London-based corporate partners Neel Sachdev, Will Aitken-Davies, Matt Merkle and Rohan Dey, alongside New York-based corporate partners Angelo Bonvino and Cullen Sinclair; and in the “Innovative Lawyers in Private Finance” category for advising IRIS Software and its sponsors Hg Capital and Leonard Green Partners on the market-leading private credit-led refinancing of its existing senior facilities, led by London-based corporate partners Neel Sachdev and Kanesh Balasubramaniam, alongside Los Angeles-based corporate partners Eric Wedel and Caroline Epstein. The annual awards celebrate the most innovative lawyers in the European legal industry. Winners will be recognized at a ceremony in London on September 18.
