The Financial Times named Paul, Weiss the winner of the “Innovative Lawyers in Private Finance” category as part of its Innovative Lawyers Europe 2025 awards. The firm was recognized for our work advising IRIS Software and its sponsors Hg Capital and Leonard Green Partners on the market-leading private credit-led refinancing of IRIS’s existing senior facilities, led by London-based corporate partners Neel Sachdev and Kanesh Balasubramaniam, alongside Los Angeles-based corporate partners Eric Wedel and Caroline Epstein. The annual awards celebrate the most innovative lawyers in the European legal industry. Winners were honored at a ceremony in London on September 18.
