Private Equity International (PEI) and Private Debt Investor (PDI) both recognized Paul, Weiss as an “Americas Law Firm of the Year” in their annual awards, which recognize the firms, funds, deals, exits and more across the private equity and private credit industries. PEI named Paul, Weiss “Law Firm of the Year in the Americas: Transactions,” recognizing the firm’s work advising on a number of high-profile deals in the last year. PDI named the firm “Law Firm of the Year – Fund Formation: Americas,” recognizing the firm’s work advising many of the world’s most prominent credit managers in the largest credit funds in the market.
Final winners for both awards were selected by a panel of editors from each publication.
