National Security Practice Group Chair John Carlin has been named an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Emeritus Fellow, joining former IAPP board members and other senior leaders active in the privacy, AI governance and digital responsibility community. John will share his leadership with the broad IAPP community by speaking at IAPP conferences and writing for its publications, serving as an expert voice for media inquiries, mentoring and participating in discussion groups, and taking on other responsibilities.
