Marc Palumbo is counsel in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Department and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds Group. Marc’s practice focuses on all aspects of the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, co-investment funds, hedge funds, funds-of-funds, funds-of-one and managed accounts. He has significant experience in secondary transactions, including GP-led secondaries and restructurings. Marc also advises clients on the full range of upper-tier and management company issues, as well as regulatory issues and considerations.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Marc served as in-house counsel at an international investment manager, advising on all legal aspects for their private funds products.
