Bruce N. Goldberger is counsel in the firm's Executive Compensation Group. Bruce advises public and private companies and private equity sponsors as outside compensation counsel, including with respect to applicable tax, ERISA, federal securities and exchange listing considerations and executive compensation disclosure requirements. He represents individual executives and management teams on significant compensation matters.
Bruce structures equity and other incentive compensation plans; negotiates employment, consulting, separation, purchase and credit agreements; and advises on plan asset considerations for investment fund clients. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, including managing the executive retention, benefits coordination, and pension plan issues they present.
