Yoav Gaffney is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in securities, antitrust and complex civil litigation. Yoav has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts on behalf of leading companies and organizations in the finance, technology, media, retail and sports industries, among others. He has advised on strategy and preparation for all phases of civil litigation, and has defended clients in multiple trials concerning merger enforcement actions brought by the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission.
Yoav also advises financial institutions and large corporate clients on sensitive regulatory matters, including investigations into compliance with anti-money laundering laws and the Bank Secrecy Act.
