Tito Adewunmi is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in complex business litigation and investigations. Tito has substantial experience in a wide range of complex civil matters, including regulatory enforcement proceedings, government and internal investigations, white collar defense, arbitrations and securities class actions. She has represented leading companies in the fields of banking and finance and energy, and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to rejoining Paul, Weiss, Tito served as a law clerk to the Honorable Adalberto J. Jordan of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where she worked on a wide range of appeals. Tito also clerked for the Honorable Marcia G. Cooke of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
