Sean W. Anderson is an associate in the Â鶹ÊÓƵ Department and a member of the Finance Group. He regularly advises buy-side and sell-side clients on derivatives, structured products, securitization, capital markets and commodities matters. In particular, he helps his clients structure, negotiate and execute derivative, synthetic and financing products, resolve related credit, regulatory, legal and risk management issues—including in the context of acquisitions, financing transactions and corporate restructurings—and interpret and implement post-global financial crisis regulatory reforms. He also regularly advises, publishes and presents on digital assets, blockchain and big data developments, including digital asset-based trading, derivatives, lending, custody and collateralization documentation.
