Scott Kennedy is an associate in the Litigation Department who represents clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters, with a focus on white collar defense, internal investigations and complex litigation.

Scott has represented corporations, executives and board members in the technology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, energy, real estate and other sectors in their most complex matters across multiple jurisdictions. He has significant litigation experience, having advised plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigations through fact and expert discovery, dispositive motions, trial and appeal. Scott also advises clients conducting internal investigations and facing state or federal regulatory investigations.
