Paul, Weiss client Ericsson completed a sale of its indirect subsidiary, Applied Communication Sciences, to The SI Organization, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital. Formerly the research and engineering arm of Telcordia Technologies, with origins tracing back to Bell Laboratories, ACS is a leading provider of applied research, technical consulting and technical solutions, with significant capabilities in advanced technology areas such as cyber security and information assurance, data analytics, application engineering and integration, smart grid, and optical networking and quantum technologies.
