In “Dealmakers see rebound after U.S. activity buoys global M&A volumes,” published on September 29, Rob notes that the evolving U.S. regulatory environment means that there may be fewer mega deals driving global volumes in the near term.
“For years, it’s been the European regulatory process that has been difficult to navigate,” Rob says. “Now ... it's obviously very difficult in the U.S., and it is much more unpredictable.”
