Litigation partner Lew Clayton’s latest intellectual property column, “Indefiniteness of Claim Terms Reciting a Term of Degree After ‘One-E-Way’ and ‘Sonix,’” appeared in the July 11 issue of the New York Law Journal. Lew discusses Sonix Technology v. Publications International and One-E-Way v.
