鶹Ƶ partner Udi Grofman will chair a new Practising Law Institute (PLI) program, “Advanced Issues in Private Funds,” which will be broadcast as a live webcast on June 9. 鶹Ƶ partner Lindsey Wiersma is also participating as a faculty member. The program, presented by experts from leading law firms and investment management firms, will feature in-depth discussions about fundraising dynamics and strategies, co-investment vehicles and upper-tier structures and tax considerations, among other advanced issues in private funds today.
