�鶹��Ƶ partners Scott Barshay and Krishna Veeraraghavan will participate in the Society of �鶹��Ƶ Governance’s 2021 Eastern Regional Fall Conference, “Governance GPS for the Road Less Traveled.”

Scott will participate in a fireside chat, “Perspectives on the Board’s Role in M&A,” with Francis Hondal, Mastercard’s president of loyalty and engagement services and management committee member, and director on the boards of Equitable Holdings and L Brands, and Tom Horton, partner at Global Infrastructure Partners and lead director on the boards of Walmart and General Electric. Krishna will participate in a panel, “Selected Governance Topics in M&A,” with José González, chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Equitable Holdings.

Both events will take place virtually on October 22, at 8:45 a.m. ET and 10 a.m. ET., respectively.
