�鶹��Ƶ partner Scott Barshay and litigation partner Andy Bouchard will participate in the 35th Annual Tulane �鶹��Ƶ Law Institute hosted by the Tulane University Law School. Scott will be a panelist on “Hot Topics in M&A Practice,” and Andy will be moderating a Q&A discussion with Delaware Chief Justice Collins Seitz and Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick in “Celebrating 35 Years of Tulane �鶹��Ƶ Law Institute – and the Delaware Case Law that Has Shaped the Institute.”

The �鶹��Ƶ Law Institute is a premier M&A, corporate and securities law conference that brings together the best and brightest M&A and securities practitioners, Delaware Supreme Court and Court of Chancery judiciary, leading corporate counsel and Wall Street investment bankers.

The conference will take place both virtually and in person in New Orleans from March 23-24; Scott’s panel will take place on March 23 at 8:45 a.m. CT/9:45 a.m. ET, and Andy’s panel will take place on the same day at 10:30 a.m. CT/11:30 a.m. ET.
