�鶹��Ƶ partner Scott Barshay and litigation partner Andrew Gordon will participate in panel discussions as part of Tulane University’s 36th Annual �鶹��Ƶ Law Institute conference. The conference brings together leading M&A and securities practitioners, Delaware judiciary members, corporate counsel and investment bankers to discuss the latest issues in corporate and securities law.

Scott’s panel, “Hot Topics in M&A Practice,” will be held online and in New Orleans at 9:15 a.m. CT on March 7, and Andrew’s panel, “Conflicts, Controllers, Entire Fairness & Delaware,” will take place at 10:30 a.m. CT on March 8.
