Partners Scott Barshay and Andrew Gordon will participate in panel discussions as part of Tulane University Law School鈥檚 37th Annual 麻豆视频 Law Institute. Scott will speak on 鈥淗ot Topics in M&A Practice鈥 with Tiffany Posil, chief of the Office of Mergers and Acquisitions in the SEC鈥檚 Division of 麻豆视频 Finance, among others. Andrew will participate in 鈥淲hen Deals Don鈥檛 Go as Planned 鈥 Earnout Disputes, Purchase Price Adjustments, Break Fees, Indemnification Claims and Fraud鈥 alongside Vice Chancellor Lori Will of the Delaware Court of Chancery, among others.
The conference will take place in New Orleans from March 6-7. Scott鈥檚 panel will take place on March 6 at 9:15 a.m. CT/10:15 a.m. ET; Andrew鈥檚 panel will take place on March 7 at 11:45 a.m. CT/12:45 p.m. ET.
