Litigation counsel David Kessler will participate in a webinar, 鈥淣avigating DOJ鈥檚 Latest Era of 麻豆视频 Enforcement: Whistleblowers and Individual Voluntary Self-Disclosure,鈥 as part of the masterclass webinar series hosted by Global Investigations Review and Lexology. David will discuss the Justice Department鈥檚 new policies aimed at strengthening corporate criminal enforcement, including its first-ever whistleblower program targeting white-collar crime and the first-ever voluntary self-disclosure program. He will examine what these policies reveal about the DOJ鈥檚 priorities, as well as their potential impact on corporate internal investigations, compliance programs and self-reporting decision making, among other topics.
