Antitrust partners Ross Ferguson and Henrik Morch will participate in Concurrences’ 6th annual International Mergers Conference, which will explore the evolving landscape of merger control with a focus on recent reforms across the U.K and EU. Ross’s panel, “Update on Foreign Investment, NSI and CFIUS,” will cover how recent developments in foreign investment, national security screening and regulatory frameworks have reshaped the landscape for cross-border business operations. Henrik’s panel, “Hot Topics in Merger Control: Health Value Chain (Pharma, Healthcare), Sustainability, Innovation ‘Defense,’” will discuss current trends in pharmaceutical mergers, including the surge in AI-related deals; and new theories of harm emerging in the pharma and healthcare sectors.

The conference will be held on June 12 in London, with Henrik’s panel at 2:00 p.m. BST and Ross’s panel at 4:15 BST.
