Restructuring partners Jacob Adlerstein, Nick Charlwood and Liz Osborne will present a masterclass, “A Transatlantic Perspective on Evolving Strategies on Navigating Distress,” discussing evolving tools and mechanisms for managing and navigating distressed situations in the United States and Europe. The session, which is part of the Lexology Learn series, will cover the rise of liability management exercises as a means of avoiding formal restructuring processes, and compare the U.S. chapter 11 process with the more recently introduced English restructuring plan.
