Antitrust Practice Global Co-Chair Nicole Kar will serve on the expert advisory panel and speak at the ThoughtLeaders4 UK Competition Law Summit 2025. Nicole’s panel, “Exploring the CMA's Changing Approach to Merger Control,” will address new developments in merger policy, the UK government’s strategic priorities for the Competition and Markets Authority, and behavioral remedies for specific sectors. The summit brings together in-house counsel, economists, regulators and private practitioners to explore the current state of the UK competition regulatory landscape.
