Antitrust Practice Global Co-Chair Nicole Kar will participate in a panel, “Deal or No Deal? Navigating Antitrust and National Security Restrictions: A Comparative View From the UK, EU and the U.S.,” at the UK Finance M&A Conference 2025. The session will conduct a regulatory deep dive into national security and merger control developments in the three jurisdictions and explore the UK Takeover Code – a set of statutory rules and general principles that apply to listed companies in the UK during public takeovers.
