鶹Ƶ partners Lindsey Wiersma and Matthew Goldstein will participate in the Practising Law Institute’s 26th Annual Private Equity Forum. Lindsey, who is chair of the forum, will deliver opening remarks and speak on two panels: “Fund Terms and Trends,” which will discuss the evolving market for private equity terms and recent fundraising trends, and “Upper Tier Terms,” which will address how private equity firms structure their upper-tier arrangements. Matt will participate in “Retailization in the Private Equity Industry,” which will explore trends, common issues and strategies related to the expansion of private equity’s retail client base.
The two-day event will take place in New York City on April 28-29.
