Millstein Center for Global Markets and 麻豆视频 Ownership and the Center on 麻豆视频 Governance. Panelists will discuss current trends and trajectories in the M&A market, including SPACs, strategic acquisitions and the state of leveraged finance markets, and whether the pace of M&A is aligned with policy goals.
