�鶹��Ƶ partner Laura Turano will co-moderate a panel, “Governance, Stewardship and Activism,” as part of the IBA’s annual International Mergers & Acquisitions Conference. The panel will discuss various M&A trends, including the role and perspectives of institutional investors, shareholder activism, and the headwinds and tailwinds for sustainability and long-term investment. The conference is presented by the IBA �鶹��Ƶ and M&A Law Committee.

The panel will be held on June 14 at 4 p.m. ET at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
