�鶹��Ƶ partner Laura Turano will participate in a panel, “Advising the Board in M&A Transactions,” as part of the Practising Law Institute’s Mergers & Acquisitions 2023: Advanced Trends and Developments program. The panel will cover key issues in evaluating bids; how to recognize key fiduciary duty issues to discuss with directors; best practices in handling conflicts of interest; and how boardroom dynamics may influence legal advice.

Laura’s panel will take place both virtually and in person in New York City on January 18 at 3:15 p.m. ET.
