�鶹��Ƶ partner Kyle Seifried will co-host a Strafford webinar, “Public Company M&A: Transaction Structures, Securities Compliance, Avoiding Shareholder Litigation,” examining different approaches to acquiring or merging with a U.S. public company and certain fundamental elements of a public company deal. The webinar will also discuss the issues that can give rise to shareholder actions opposing a proposed merger and how to mitigate against such claims.

The webinar will take place on July 26 at 1 p.m. ET, and will offer CLE credit.
