Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Chair John Carlin and Digital Technology Group Chair Katherine Forrest will each participate in a panel at the 2024 RSA Conference. John will speak on “Life after the Breach: A Survivor’s Guide,” which will share lessons learned from past cyber breaches, and discuss the early signs of compromise; best practices for responding; and the uncovering of systemic mistakes.
Katherine will participate in “Pitfall or Opportunity: GenAI Legal Case Studies Revealing Practical Advice,” which will use real-world case studies to examine how organizations that embrace generative AI to drive innovation and fortify their cybersecurity defenses are navigating the related novel legal challenges and organizational risk in a commercially practical manner.
The RSA Conference brings together cybersecurity professionals to share timely insights, thoughtful interactions and actionable intelligence as cyber threats continue to evolve.
The conference will be held in San Francisco from May 6-9. John’s panel will take place on May 6 at 8:30 a.m. PT; Katherine’s panel will take place on May 7 at 8:30 a.m. PT.
