Jeremy and Austin discussed the fiduciary duties of independent directors in transformative transactions in a conversation with investors, board members and executives.
The Independent Director Initiative is powered by Venture Capital University and is designed to help train individuals from underrepresented venture capital backgrounds to serve as independent directors on the boards of venture-backed private companies.
