Financial Services Group Co-Chair Jarryd Anderson spoke on a panel, “The Current State of M&A Activity: What to Be Prepared For,” as part of the National Bankers Association Annual Conference. Jarryd discussed the economic environment and its impact on bank M&A, as well as recent changes to the bank​ merger review​ standards and the potential impact of those revisions on bank transactions.
