Paul, Weiss is advising TPG Rise Climate, TPG’s dedicated climate investing platform, on the acquisition of Aurora Energy Research from private equity firm CGE Partners. Aurora is a global provider of power market forecasting and analytics. As part of the transaction, CGE will make a significant reinvestment.
