Paul, Weiss is advising Texas-based chemicals distributor Shrieve Chemical Company, a portfolio company of Gemspring Capital, in its acquisition of Ireland-based Carbon Chemicals Group Ltd, a full-service distributor of specialty chemicals, food ingredients, pharmaceutical raw materials, and agriculture products. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
