Paul, Weiss advised Major League Baseball on its strategic investment in the Athletes Unlimited Softball League, the premier professional women’s softball league in the United States. The agreement is the first of its kind with a women’s professional sports league and is intended to help establish and grow the AUSL as a sustainable organization. Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team was led by corporate partner Neil Goldman and included tax partner Scott Sontag.
