Paul, Weiss advised KPS Capital Partners, LP in its $3.45 billion all-cash acquisition of Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope (OBE) from CRH plc. Dallas-based OBE is North America's largest provider of architectural hardware, glass and glazing systems, operating 85 manufacturing and distribution facilities in five countries.
