Kohlberg to Sell Equity Stake in [solidcore] to L Catterton

Paul, Weiss is advising Kohlberg & Company, LLC in the sale of its equity stake, alongside VMG Partners and Peterson Partners, in national fitness studio network [solidcore], to investment firm L Catterton. The deal will solidify [solidcore] as the nation's authority in its category and will continue to position the business for growth in the years to come.
