Paul, Weiss advised private equity firm Hg Capital on the financing aspects of Hg’s acquisition of a majority stake in A-LIGN from Warburg Pincus. A-LIGN is a leading provider of cybersecurity compliance services, offering audits and assessments to over 5,700 clients worldwide. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
