Paul, Weiss is advising General Atlantic on its acquisition of a minority stake in Liftoff, a leading AI-enabled end-to-end platform providing performance marketing and monetization solutions for the app economy, from private equity funds managed by Blackstone. As part of the terms of the transaction, Blackstone will remain majority shareholder. The investment values Liftoff at $4.3 billion.
