Paul, Weiss advised Bregal Sagemount, a leading private equity platform focused on growth investments in North America, on the financing aspects of its significant growth equity investment in Extra Duty Solutions. Connecticut-based EDS is a leading provider of off-duty program administration services and on- and off-duty scheduling software to law enforcement and public safety agencies. The investment will support EDS’ strategic growth initiatives that aim to enhance its technology offerings, expand its geographic footprint and grow its solutions portfolio. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
