The International Tax Review named Paul, Weiss a winner of three “Impact Deals of the Year” as part of its annual awards, which recognize the achievements of tax professionals throughout the Americas. The firm was recognized for its work advising Brookfield Infrastructure Partners in the $775 million acquisition of Cyxtera’s assets, following Cyxtera’s bankruptcy; The Estée Lauder Companies in its acquisition of TOM FORD in a deal valued at $2.8 billion; and WWE in its combination with UFC forming TKO Group.
